Susan Fong

Susan brings with her more than 20 years of experience in the field of People Development. Her passion lies in training, coaching, facilitation and consulting. Her specialty is in the area of leadership and human resources development.She believes in bringing out the best in people so that they can positively impact the success of their organisations and themselves.

She has conducted numerous workshops for a diverse range of industries. These include healthcare, early childhood, government sector and more. 

She is certified as a IHRP (CP), ICF Associate Coach, DISC Behavioural Consultant, Enneagram Profiling Practitioner, NLP Practitioner, DDI Leadership, EQ Brain Profiler, 5 Languages of Appreciation and more.
